When I first visited Paula, I struggled to stand due to pains in my leg and I could not sit due to pains in my lower back, so we were in a bit of trouble to say the least. It was a struggle....Paula managed with some "magic fingers" to rectify this within 4 sessions - simply amazing. Paula is extremely professional, caring and fantastic with what she does and is not pushy in the slightest. Now I attend every 3 weeks and my back / shoulders / arms / legs have very little to no pain. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone!!!

Paula has a very methodical approach to her practice and explains everything in great detail, she is reassuring and excellent at what she does. I have been seeing Paula for around a year now and I am so happy I have a physio I trust and can call on anytime!

When I met Paula I was bedridden, in excruciating pain and struggling mentally. She was caring, understanding and always made me feel comfortable even after cancelling appointments with very short notice. I can only say positive things about her really. Extremely professional and competent. I would highly recommend her.

Paula is kind, professional, very knowledgeable, and has helped me lots with my neck and back pain. After just my first session I slept better than I have in years as I lacked the neck pain that had been plaguing me for a long time! I will continue to visit her regularly to help me to be as well and pain free as I possibly can!
