Unpleasant visit, Post office staff member Debbie was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Clearly does not know how to be courteous and kind to customers, and should not be in a customer facing job. Hope she has some training asap as can see many others with similar experiences !! Unfortunate for the newsagent shop deterring away potential customers.

on tuesday my prepayment card decided to give up so having been on the gas web site and following the links i get to go to your nearist super agent which is kams who by the way is the only super agent in daventry. it tells me to ask the shop keeper for a new card and i don't have a rti 7 digit code number and when you get home place card in meter for one minute after which it will be programed to accept gas payment. this i told to the shop assistant and he flatly refused to give me a card saying he wanted a rti code. because there was a queue i went outside and brought up the gas web page and went back in to show him however he still refused to issue a card so i had to leave.this is extremely bad service luckily i had enough gas to last till the next day. i phoned a super agent in northampton who instantly said no problem pop over tomorrow and pick one up this i did and was served by a very charming lady. needless to say i will not be using your post office again. i would not give any stars for the service i received but you have to select one to post the review.
