Only giving one star because you cant give zero. Me and my sister went for the first time and definitely wont be returning. Some of the staff came across rude and uninterested. I booked in with one technician and ended up having three of them work on my nails with waiting times in between, really unprofessional and time wasting. The acrylic was basically piled on with a shovel and barely filed down so I walked out with bulky uneven nails. I had a French tip painted on with a colour I didnt even chose and probably couldve painted it better myself. I literally came home and filed them down myself so I didnt have to walk around with them, until I could book in elsewhere to get them off and a new set put on. Also, online it said they would do cost 30 and ended up costing 35.

Treated my girlfriend to some birthday treatments and she was raving about it after.... Thank you so much to the staff for all the help. Recommend for a gift

Not the best experience, nails come off after 2 days. They were done very quickly without a lot of attention given. Won't go back.
