bad service to the customer and asking too much money for small things definitely don't go this shop ! HE CHARGED ME JUST OPEN PHONE 100 POUND DON'T EVER GOING THERE

I have used this shop twice. But never again. 1st visit was for a replacement screen protector. It was 10 including fitment and after a few attempts and a comment of 'that's the best I can get it, just spend some time pushing the bubbles to the edge' I was left with a bay fitted screen protector. I could have done that myself!! 2nd visit was for a replacement battery. This was even worse, left with a phone that would not charge and seemed to have some functionality peculiarities. Was told 'I need to order more batteries' come back in 2 days' 2 days later - no battery - what a surprise. He took my number but from his attitude I assume he couldn't care less. Later that day decided to ask for a refund. I'd paid cash, which seemed to upset him, especially as I didn't have a receipt or work card., neither of which was offered when I went in the shop. The guy just sits behind his desk, unresponsive and unhelpful to the point of rudeness. This can be seen in the responses to negative reviews on Google, they are not accepted as criticism to improve upon, but in most cases are responded to with unacceptably rude comments back to the dissatisfied customer. Unprofessional - avoid at all costs. The owner has now responsed claiming I am a fake review, and all my reviews are 1 star. Check them out and you will see they are not. I also still have the unrepaired phone with the elastic bands around it that he handed back to me. Accusing people of being fake rather than accepting critism - more examples of the unprofessionalism of this establishment.
