Absolutely awful service. I made an offer on a part and arranged to collect. They agreed. I rang on the morning to confirm collection, computer answered and said use the web no possibility to talk to somebody. I travelled 3 hrs, when I arrived, I was told I had already paid for the item (I hadnt). Then I was told they had sold it somebody else. No apology, no trying to rectify their mistake, boss was out, I was told I should have phoned them first. I even offered to pay massively more and purchase the parts from another car, not possible apparently. Thanks Tammy, Thanks Intapart. Service: Part finding & extracting
