        If ever you needed proof that some people should never be in a customer facing job, its the people here. I thought perhaps the computer says no staff member was perhaps an anomaly then I spoke with the store manager. If there was an award for demonstrating zero decision making ability as well as total contempt for the customer, hed win it easily. If the high street is dying, heres why.

        I am a regular customer and come here pretty much daily,not only is the store really good as it often has some sort of sales, the two employees Katherine and Luke are the nicest pair of people Ive ever met, if Im having a bad day as soon as I enter the store they make it 20x better, I always leave the store more than satisfied and look forward to my next visit, their employees definitely deserve some sort of raise or bonus, amazing people and a really good store, recommend to everyone !!
