They charge ridiculous prices like 2.50 for a single CD which is well old!! Such a rip-off in there and also when you get to the till the lady says would you like to round that up... You got a cheek!! Overpriced then wanting you to pay more at the till Also stuff is not easy to access as it's tight in the shop and media just flung in the basket area or thrown on the shelf so presentation is poor. Worst charity shop in town

Far too many people, staff could use retraining in basic customer service. I saw a shirt being sold for more than it cost to buy, hangers don't match the sizes on the shirt, and clothes aren't organised by size, so good luck finding anything. Very small and compact, so bad for maneuvering any access needs.
