We have really really bad experience from this garage two times. 1st time we was been over charged with amount 424 after inspection MOT failed due to break-pad and skimming break pad drums as described in garage invoice for new supply & fit . But garage did not provide us a separate invoice of new supplies but only his garage invoice mentioned and included Labour charges. Later on That price when was been quoted from other garages for this job was approximately found in half if it is really been done .because all the job he done in our absence . After couple of months in emergency on Sunday early morning when Car breakdown and RAC dropped car to this garage as it was nearest .He did completely wrong diagnosed . Told us about engine fuel pump problem and pump wasnt sent to third party for check up fault as he told us about another garage name doing diesel car works and we did confirm from them through telephone .Over one month waste of time and keep asking return our fuel pump he give us back in un assembled . While getting pump On the same evening very first time car found in the garage otherwise was been parked whole during month was outside of work shop . He charged us 280 for nothing to fix . When car took to another garage they found catalytic converters problem that I personally bought and he did returned us old one.we was been double charged to fix car to both garages. We had face waste of time & money , embarrassment, lost of couple of shifts from job , get hire car , use taxi for shopping and bought another car in rush for job etc . Definitely will not recommend to anyone and will suggest to stay away . Otherwise surely one day you will be desperate.
