        Thought this was a go surgery to go to and have been good for me for years until I need something sorting and then they are useless. What a waste of time...tell me I have one thing and then tell me I dont...they don't have a bloody clue what they are on about what so ever

        Nurse Emily Lyons is outstanding. What a welcome experience this week when I had to give blood samples and return for a wound - all in one day and to be met and treated by such a professional, friendly, positive and understanding nurse. We often make time to complain but rarely to compliment. Emily is a credit to herself and the practice - AbbeyHouse are lucky to have her. I can only say thank you.
