        We had a real problem with water coming out of our kitchen light switch which is not a good thing, so emergency work required on our flat roof. Sent out emails to various roofers on a Saturday night, Steve called me on Sunday morning, told me he could not do the job as he was working on a church roof but would come round on Sunday morning, to see the problem and advise, which he did, new flat roof required. Steve put me onto another roofer, who he recommended, excellent job done at a reasonable price. A week after completion Steve called to ask if all went well with the roof. I gave Steve 4 stars for the professional attitude he displayed and that goes a long way in my book.
