Poor service, Fuel was not working showing different figures from pump machine to the cashier machine.The pump machine stopped working due to errors flashing on the machine. I was told they stopped the machine due to not being able to see my face on Cctv. I was then told the machine stopped working due to low fuel. The men in the garage began to speak in a different language while I am stood talking to them. 3 different reasons was given about the issue with the fuel pump.

Always on their phone whilst serving and having a conversation which means they don't interact or hear what you're saying. Very poor.

Really poor customer service. Attended to use the car wash and collect my third stamp (4th wash free). Due to the fact that I last used the car wash 7 months ago as I wash it at home sometimes. The man refused to stamp the card as it had been too long. Nowhere is there any signage that you have to wash your car more regularly. I asked him to see the t&cs they dont exist. I will now avoid all Shell garages and recommend my friends go elsewhere also.
