        Im a resident who lives next to this facility. Constant shouting and screams banging and even a huge fire at the beginning of 2021 due to the staff carelessly putting around cigarette ends. I raised this to the managing director who swiftly dismissed us and ignored our complains. If you would like your relative to be looked after by these in humane bunch then i suggest this place is perfect. If you want REAL care i suggest you go else where.
