Didn't want to go down this route but after over 9 weeks and having still not received my order I feel the need to warn others. I have emailed, sent messages over social media and called to which i have had no response. Not good enough.

Paid on the day of completion for pictures. Over the last 6 weeks had constant lie after lie about pictures being done and sent. Got refund in the end only because I've emailed BCA Cheer about this fraud taking money off people and not sending pictures.

Received all our photographs via email link of Blackpool 2021, such an amazing company to work with, very humble team they have, gone over and above with a couple of requests, can't wait to see them at competition very soon Keep being yourself guys X

From start to finish I could not have asked for better service! At the event the staff were kind and helpful, friendly and approachable. When making an order they explained everything and when it came to delivery it was VERY quick and downloadable links I can share to all rather than me having to figure out how to distribute across 100 people. I hope we have many more events covered by Charles, Kyle and Co. very soon!!
