Was ment to have an appointment with Mr Patel to turn up and to be told by the rude receptionist that he was not in the office no phone call or email to tell me he won't be around to see me. Avoid them at all cost

Rude and unhelpful. Asked whether they could help me with something and was told 'no we can't, the solicitor's off sick and no idea when he'll be back.' Totally unprofessional.

I have had bad and good service. Most recently Manjinder completed an unusual house sale for me. He picked up the pieces where Natalia had left off. He was very efficient, polite, and professional. We had some tricky complications to deal with throughout the process and Mani guided me through and kept me updated with our progress. Shashi paid the funds into my account accurately and swiftly too. Many thanks normal service resumed. Oh! almost forgot, historically Liz in reception has been a rock! Good luck for the future.
