If I could give 0 stars, I would. Below is the photo I asked for, and a few photos of what I got. As you can see, it's poorly blended and the stylist left streaks of my natural colour in there which is NOT what I asked for at all. Upon talking to many other hairdressers, I was told that I should have been told that getting to that blonde would take multiple visits, but when I showed the stylist the photos, she had no issues with assuring me I could get that. I left somewhat shocked, I had it curled so I couldn't see how bad it was until I straightened it at at home and saw the absolute chunky, streaky, blocky mess it was. I paid close to 100 for this mess and because she left literal streaks of my natural hair colour in there, I will now NEVER be able to achieve the hair I wanted originally. I returned to see the stylist and voice my concerns and she herself admitted she was not happy with it when I left, and said she'd speak to the owner. The owner then tried to TWIST her words and say the stylist meant 'she wasn't happy with it, as in, she wouldnt like it on herself' which was absolutely NOT what the stylist meant in context. The owner offered me 50 refund or a 30% discount to fix it. Yes, you read that right, not free fixing, I'd have to pay more! She then proceeded to laugh in my face when I started crying because my hair means a lot to me as someone with very real mental health problems. I left our interaction feeling deeply upset and disturbed that anyone could treat someone that way. I've now started a journey to fix the damage done and as I said earlier, I now will never be able to achieve what I originally wanted. Avoid, avoid, AVOID.

Just had a cut (short) and blow dry by Charlotte. She has done my hair for years but I leave the salon feeling amazing every time. xxx Even when I had to have a different stylist due to covid, Grace did my hair and she was fab. Nothing is too much trouble for Medusa Touch. You are made to feel party of the family.
