Eric, Jess and the team provide help and advice whenever you ask and they truly are passionate about the Gym and nothing is too much trouble.
I like the range of supps + protein they sell and that when I ask any questions they genuinely take an interest to see which may work best, and to what goals.
Great gym, people and a friendly place to go. Highly recommended!

I wrote to cancel my contract in July. It is now December and I have had to phone my bank to raise a dispute in order to be refunded the 5 months they have been taking my money for a contract I have cancelled. I tried WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, email, and phone to try and get hold of them.
I heard absolutely nothing until I notified them today that I had contacted my bank to issue a refund. I received the following response:
Hi Tia, can you send us a copy of the email we cant find it in our inbox.
I responded with the screenshot, and I received the following response:
Did you call the gym to cancel? Our cancellation policy is to email and call the gym to cancel as your membership is a subscription? Can you please call the gym to cancel. Thank you.
No apologies for the 5 months I have waited for a response, no apologies for the 125 they have taken in that time, of their fault alone for not notifying me of this prior. Absolutely unacceptable. I am autistic, and using the phone is a big cause of anxiety for me. The times I have built myself up in order to ring them there was no response.
I do hope they read this review and make some changes to their admin team so that this does not happen again.
