Has to be the best Gym in Daventry and surrounds, well run, and a great set up with a comprehensive machines and free weights. Eric, Jess and the team provide help and advice whenever you ask and they truly are passionate about the Gym and nothing is too much trouble. I like the range of supps + protein they sell and that when I ask any questions they genuinely take an interest to see which may work best, and to what goals. Great gym, people and a friendly place to go. Highly recommended!

This company automatically stores your card details on its website even if you book a pay as you go class . You are not able to delete your details yourself or delete your account , very worrying given all the negative reviews of money being debited from various clients accounts despite this gym claiming that they offer a no contract membership . I booked a circuits class advertised from 19:00 until 20:00 , however the class finished at 19:30 ! Email and chat messages in relation to card details being stored without consent just ignored . Customer service in the gym was ATROCIOUS , I DO NOT RECOMMEND this gym at all !

Absolutely terrible customer service. I joined online, and received no confirmation details or contract after joining. I then unexpectedly relocated and could no longer attend this gym, so I emailed asking to cancel my membership, as they promise in their advertising "no lengthy gym contract" "cancel anytime". I wrote to cancel my contract in July. It is now December and I have had to phone my bank to raise a dispute in order to be refunded the 5 months they have been taking my money for a contract I have cancelled. I tried WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, email, and phone to try and get hold of them. I heard absolutely nothing until I notified them today that I had contacted my bank to issue a refund. I received the following response: Hi Tia, can you send us a copy of the email we cant find it in our inbox. I responded with the screenshot, and I received the following response: Did you call the gym to cancel? Our cancellation policy is to email and call the gym to cancel as your membership is a subscription? Can you please call the gym to cancel. Thank you. No apologies for the 5 months I have waited for a response, no apologies for the 125 they have taken in that time, of their fault alone for not notifying me of this prior. Absolutely unacceptable. I am autistic, and using the phone is a big cause of anxiety for me. The times I have built myself up in order to ring them there was no response. I do hope they read this review and make some changes to their admin team so that this does not happen again.
