        Having been faced with the worst time of my life, losing my husband suddenly. I was at a loss as to what I needed to do to arrange his funeral. Both Andrew and Gail from the Daventry branch were exceptionally helpful, they were understanding, compassionate and extremely helpful in arranging my husband 's funeral. On the day Gail was by my side to help me through it, I cannot thank them enough for everything that they did for me and my husband.
