Rubbish service from the manager on shift yesterday Friday the 3rd approx 2pm also with the older lady. Immediately treated badly upon walking in as if we were criminals. Only to return an item we had purchased a week before. We were refused returns because she didnt know what was supposed to be including and what wasnt and she tried to accuse us of using it and then bringing it back. Whispering to each other etc it was really pathetic. Drove to the next nearest argos and they accepted the return with no issues at all. It was an 800 camera. How can it not be returned when its in the box as it came with all the things included?
