I had New Car Detail including Carbon Collective Ceramic coatings with a 7 year guarantee on my new Porsche. Cant fault the quality of the work or the customer support. Aaron even picked me up to collect my car which included taking me to collect another car from a service centre. Many prestige dealers could learn from Aaron when it comes to customer service.

If you are thinking of using Nuovo think carefully. Aaron is a great sales person however lies, he damaged my car whilst applying PPF and carbon coat. Tried to hide the damage by a botch repair. He got found out and eventually admitted his error, agreed to pay for the damage and months later still not paid. Accidents happen, but this business lies and tries to cover it up and will not fix the issue. This was a brand new vehicle they damaged and it was a harsh lesson learned. Please be very careful Aaron the owner is not to be trusted!. This could have so easily been rectified however customer experience is of no interest to Aaron and Nuovo once you have paid up! Amazing, 3 x weeks of ghosting and avoiding contact and as soon the above is posted and in the public domain a response within minutes. Correct you have my details and have had them for many weeks so no idea what is causing the delay with the refund!. If you valued customer experience this would have been dealt with swiftly and there would have been an opportunity to still turn this into a positive conclusion however YOU decided not to! And of course they were broken prior to you taking them off on a brand new vehicle where BMW have no records of any work been done on the vehicle to date!!!. Never fell off in the few months I had the car prior to the work and vents fell off and lost within days post work!! Also no XPEL guarantee or registration forms as promised to register my car and work done, was the work done?. XPEL are my next call! Service: Auto detailing
