Beautiful shutters and great price. Jeff kept in touch with me throughout waiting for my shutters to be made . He fitted them on the day as arranged. Was extremely polite and tidy. Even took away all the packaging. Great job, thanks Jeff.

I ordered a roof lantern blind in March 2022 and paid a 50% deposit. After 7 months of excuses, 2 visits to fit the blind which were then taken away on both occasions even before fitting finished due to being faulty/ wrong size I requested a refund in November 2022. After such poor service and not being responded to I used my credit card company to successfully get my deposit back. I would not recommend Simply Blinds Daventry.

Beware !!! We have still not received a refund from Jeff Hayward , we ordered our shutters back in October 2021, still no shutters no refund! We tried to work with Jeff to resolve the situation, however he just made excuse after excuse and continually let us down. He has both companies Simply Blinds of Daventry & UK Shutters of Daventry, would not recommend anyone to use either company, we have now had to go else where to get our shutters installed. So we are still out of pocket as a result of Jeff basically taking our money and running! We would welcome a repsonse from Jeff ?

Took deposit, no blinds supplied/ fitted, still awaiting refund just lies about being unable to refund to card or via bank transfer claimed he was going to put cash through letter box another lie

UPDATE 23.11.2022 I now have a CCJ against Jeffrey Hayward T/A Simply Blinds and have instructed bailiffs. Despite Jeffrey's comment below, I have not received the refund offered. There are 2 articles on the BBC that would be worth a read for anyone considering using him or any of his trading names. Search 'Jeffrey Hayward Northampton' on the BBC website to view. He pleaded guilty to defrauding customers. "Jeffrey Hayward, 35, who started his removals business with a grant from the Prince's Trust, took more than 15,000 for removals he did not complete. Northampton Crown Court heard he would tell his customers his children or girlfriend were in hospital. Hayward, who admitted fraud in June, was given an 18-month prison term." Awful and unprofessional I ordered blinds and paid deposit in August 2021 and they are still not delivered. Lots of excuses and gobbledegook but no blinds and refusing refund. I am now having to go through small claims court
