Arrived at this place in time for an 8am delivery. After many explanations to various members of the United Nations that pose as security, warehouse staff and management, I was eventually pointed to a loading bay even though I had asked for the trailer to be side-tipped as some pallets were straddling others below. This took the management half an hour to decide that they would put me on another bay. Like the professional driver that I am, I did this no argument no discussion just do it!!! I sat in the drivers reception for approx 3 1/2 hours for 13 pallets to be taken off my trailer!! Eventually I got my paperwork back and I left said warehouse, to find that Sainsburys had taken the whole load off the truck and then rearranged the load either back to front turned crates round by 90degrees and left the other customers goods in disarray!! For the rest I had to explain to my remaining customers about what had happened!! Im glad I dont shop at this establishment or use their facilities anywhere!!!
