        Initially happy with response, lead times and quoted price as we all know plumbers are hard to get hold of. Did the job so was pleased. Then the shower started dripping again, the guy revisited when he said he would but with an attitude! Moaned about having to come back, moaned about having to go and buy tools to do the job on the last visit, came with washers in hand as on the last visit had no washers (what kind of plumber doesn't carry washers), moaned at my partner saying i should have told them the problem before the 1st visit (I'm not a plumber) then said the shower wasn't dripping, so went on his way with doing nothing and has charged me for the privilege. The shower is still dripping. Feel Heatwise are more interested in big projects than dealing with small jobs. Service: Shower repair
