Having struggled to get hold of both reloading consumables and ammunition I was directed to Dauntsey Guns. It's an hour from me but we'll worth the trip, they had a good range of stock and were most helpful. Highly recommended

Speaking with Clint and had excellent service. Clint took the time to verify all the details as per the online ad and confirmed the condition of the gun and that it was in stock. I was not able to collect immediately and Clint was happy to hold on to the shoutgun until the collection date in a week or so. I paid up front to ensure the gun was mine. Looking forward to collection this week.

Took my PCP air rifle there for repair due to 'O' ring air leaks. No communication after 2 weeks as told it would normally take that time. I phoned them for updates . Waited a further two weeks until fixed and then they actually phoned me. I went to collect the rifle and i noticed that damage clamping marks no doubt from a vice or hand held grips were on the air bottle making small indentations and paint removal by the gunsmith. The bottle looked horrible. Unbelievable... I pointed this out to the lady in the shop who said the gunsmith is a very nice man and would be upset to hear this.... What about me, the customer? I requested a bottle repair at least or a new air bottle and was told the gunsmith would be informed. This was over 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing relating to a remedy for the gunsmith's mistake. I am amazed he did not notice this....Dauntsey Guns were still happy to charge me 120 for the leaking repair. Terrible service. A gunsmith should know never to clamp painted metal against metal teeth of a vice or hand grips without padding and especially an air bottle being that can deform due to vice pressure with the teeth or textured grooves with high marking probability. Never again will I use them so I would recommend to stay clear.
