I have worked with various healthcare recruitment agencies over the last 3 years ago but working for MCG Healthcare has been the best experience ever due to the following reasons: 1. They are friendly and welcoming at the same time professional . 2. In terms of job security ,as we all know,agency work can be sometimes tricky,However, they'd make sure everyone gets work. 3. Life-work balance: They work around your availability, they are underestimating and flexible, no that early morning random call. Whenever you give out your availability or booked for a shift, they'd keep on reaching out to find out if you're still gunna be able to make it to avoid any disruptions or inconveniences while understanding that urgent plans or emergencies can always happen. 4. Salary: Their pay is great and it's weekly. 5. Work environment: they supply NHS and Private hospitals with staff, the best work environment that everyone would wish to be part of, agency staff are respected as their permanent staff, that kind of environment that makes you feel confident and comfortable. 5. They are communicative, supportive,people management skilled and respectful, everyone's dignity is observed. I'd highly recommend this agency to all friends and family.

I've worked at a few different recruitment agencies and MCG Healthcare has been the best experience. It's a great working environment and the company genuinely cares about its employees and their wellbeing. During the recent pandemic they worked hard to ensure we didn't lose a single employee. MCG Healthcare actually managed to increase the employee headcount thanks to the excellent support we offered to the NHS, Private Hospitals and the Social Care Sector.
