I recently ordered a very hard to find specialty nib for my Pelikan M800. They had very competitive prices. But more importantly, they responded promptly to my emails. The nib was shipped expeditiously and tracked from the UK to my home address in Texas. I would like to personally thank James for his guidance throughout the process. Even if you're in the United States, buying something from the Pen Company is a no-brainer: I recently got a terrific India Red Graf von Faber-Castell fountain pen for about a hundred dollars less than I might have paid here, and the shipping fees (for FedEx no less) were less than ten bucks--simply incredible! The delivery was fast, the product exceptional, and the customer service impeccable. I'll make it a point to look at their other products specifically to support this customer-friendly business, and so should you!

This shop provides high quality free engraving for the pens. Customer service was great (i.e. I received a call to confirm the specific position of the engraving, which means they care!).

I recently bought a pen from a high street jeweller. I had to wait a week for it to arrive and was then told I would have to pay an extra 21 for engraving which would take another 3-4 weeks so I decided to return it and look elsewhere. Found a pen from this company online, not only was it the cheapest price, they offered free engraving and free 1st class delivery. Once I ordered it was engraved and shipped the same day meaning it arrived the next day less than 24 hours after ordering! The pen and laser engraving is perfect, service was excellent, I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.
