Changed my appointment date and time the moment I arrived at the original appointment traveling for that 1 hour already, my dog was dirty as before I bring it to the groomer. No washing, no ears cleaning, no cutting, no nails done. Wasted 40 for nothing, just for my dog to be applied an extremely perfumed cream on her flur, knowing that her bread can develop dangerous skin problems as she's a Shar pei. I'll attach pics for it as well. Wasted mine and my dog time for money. I won't recommend to anyone who cares about them babies

This post is not worthy of 1 star. Our usual groomer is still furloughed and our dog was well overdue his cut, this groomer was the only groomer that had availability. On the day she pushed our appointment out and when we arrived she was still 15mins behind. The dog she was grooming was wailing. When finished she placed him in (what looked like) a cupboard... the dog continued to wail and bang the door. I should have left then and gone with my instinct. We explained what we wanted, we understood the paws on front legs were matted. The groomer rambled on about an earlier client and i felt she was slurring. There was a lot of different dog hair on the floor - it hadnt been cleaned between clients. There was crates of beer cans outside and dog food out in the sun. It didnt feel professional nor clean. My explained what we wanted. Our dog is the friendliest cockapoo in the world but he was uncomfortable and I should have not left him. After the cut My husband picked up our dog and was livid. I cried when I saw him at home, she had turned him into a clown! His front 2 legs were shaved and his back legs remained, his cut was all uneven at the top and the underneath untouched, she had given him a home cut on his face and left his ears, she cut his beautiful eyelashes! It looked like 2 or 3 different dogs put together. I dont believe he was bathed either. He was trembling in the car back and wouldnt leave my side all night. He was sick in the morning. The whole family have been so upset. We took pictures and went back the next day to get our money back. I have sourced another groomer and now looks like we do it again but the cut is bad we may need to shave all over. Its so upsetting. I will never go there again and nor can we recommend.
