A highley professional service . Friendly and caring . Considers all aspects of your health when agreeing what treatment may be best to start with. Advised for ten years that nothing could bee done due to ,the deteration of my spine shown on two M.R.I scans , it was my age ,89. I had difficulty standing, only walking with wheels and going up stairs on all four hands and feet. Neuropaphy of legs severe pain in right knee. The positive approach together with treatment of exercises integrated with every day living. I can now walk up stairs on two legs. Am less tired and attempting tasks I did not think I would be able to try again.I have recovered to where I was 4 years ago and expect further gain in the coming months.

After experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain which I found quite debilitating, decided to make an appointment at my local osteopath clinic. I didnt really know what to expect as had never sought similar treatment before. The information sent to me prior to the first appointment was very clear and reassuring, therefore attended with much confidence. From the start Lucy, my osteopath, secured my confidence and comfort during treatment with clear explanation throughout. My treatment consisted of manipulation, acupuncture and massage, though not all during the same session!, plus advice, and exercise technique. I can honestly say that, after just a few visits, I feel restored and whole again, and will remain very grateful to Lucy who certainly knows her stuff. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is suffering with muscular and/or joint pain.

Lucy really knows her stuff... she takes a very holistic approach with treatment. I was anxious about acupuncture but this helped my back pain without the need for painkillers or anti-inflammatories. She also empowers you by teaching you techniques to continue healing and prevent relapses. She taught me the importance of continuing to move often and to continue to exercise daily beyond the treatment she has given me. The best relief I have felt in months!

Thanks to Lucy , after just my first appointment with her I am now able to sleep at night! She kindly saw me as an emergency appointment, as I was in excruciating nerve pain. Professional , compassionate and extremely thorough, she explained the problem and got stuck in! Would highly recommend her to anyone.
