Seventh Heaven

Ive gone back and forth over writing this review for a while because I find it hard to write a bad review for a business that is trying really hard, but on reflection there were so many elements they got wrong on the day that I had to write this. The consultations I had with Linda were really great, she was so helpful and really understood what I was trying to put together for my wedding. We went over loads of photos and agreed on elements that I wanted to have. Unfortunately on the day I did not get what we had talked about. My bridal flowers were supposed to be mainly wispy greenery with a few delicate white flowers but instead I got a big white bouquet. The floral arrangement in the centre staircase was just the standard handrail runner to the third turn when I had requested greenery woven into the railings with a few flowers to the second turn. The cake table also had an abundance of flowers when again I had just asked for mainly greenery. I had specifically said in my consultations that I do not like either of the arrangements that I ended up getting. I was told that they would be able to put baby rose bushels on the high top tables for the reception. I had envisaged small bushes, no more than 20cm high. Instead I got 3 foot tall rose bushes in black plastic pots from the garden centre with the price tags left on. I honestly would have preferred nothing at that stage. While the day was still beautiful and none of my guests knew, I have been more and more disappointed when I look back at the photos of the day. There are elements they did get right but just too much was wrong with what I got for me to be happy with their service. I ended up getting their bog standard arrangement they always do for the venue rather than the whimsical and etherial set up we had agreed on in my consultations.

Seventh Heaven's floral arrangements for our wedding in November were beautiful! We loved the combination of flowers they used and felt that their team truly understood and executed on our vision for the day. Their team was great to work with throughout the planning process, and the staff at the wedding were all very friendly and helpful. We would recommend using Seventh Heaven for your wedding florals!

I have worked with Seventh Heaven for many years as a supplier at Danesfield House and Hanna Jane Events. Linda and the team are very approachable and always willing to help. The flowers and decorations they supplier are absolutely stunning, they really create beautiful arrangements for any occasion. The consultation will leave you feeling relaxed and excited about your big day. As a supplier I would highly recommend Seventh Heaven for the quality of their product, service and execution to delivery. If you are looking for a florist and theming company, look no further.

From start to finish, we have had a wonderful experience with Seventh Heaven. Linda absolutely understood our vision, which is particularly impressive given my now-husband and I knew nothing about flowers! She is uniquely knowledgeable and offered fabulous guidance through pictures and in-store examples. We also used Seventh Heaven, who were a recommended supplier our of venue so knew the place intricately, for other decorations in the way of postbox, lanterns, candles and seating chart mirror. This was so helpful as everything came together and we ticked off a lot of our decor using just one place. The flowers on the day were gorgeous, and exactly what we were after. They came on time and were delivered straight to our room. The flowers for the ceremony and the additional decor was all set up perfectly downstairs - we didn't have to do a thing! I especially loved how they put little tealights around the pictures frames of those who are no longer with us. The little details they sorted were amazing.
