Tried all day to report that my wife need a consultation with the doctor. After typing in the symptoms, then nothing forward. System states that it should be 500 characters or less. At the same time it tells that 2 characters remain. WTH

Always refused appointments even with sick babies sent to king Edward which is a massive inconvenience when u dont drive I joined a doctors in datchet not Windsor for a reason I think since this policy they are just refusing to see anyone and palming everyone off It also doesnt matter if your second in the que and bang on the phone at 8:30 they somehow would of only been given one appointment for the whole day

We waited 2 weeks for an appointment for my father who had a fall and hurt his shoulder and is also an Alzheimers patient. On the day of the appointment we received a call to say our appointment has been cancelled and to in later at 3pm. We came in at 3pm only to be told there is no record of our 3pm appointment and they have no clue who rescheduled it.l and no one can see us now. We were told to call back in the morning at 8am for a new appointment. So he has injured his shoulder and waited 2 weeks for an appointment which basically got cancelled and he is back to square one. Also last week my fathers repeat prescription which he is dependent on due to his dementia, just got cancelled by the doctor, they didnt bother calling or checking with us.

When dealing with receptionist staff you have the choice of someone rude or someone who just doesn't bother to actually book in your appointment. It's almost impossible to get an appointment (either due to no one answering the phone, 3 week waits or them forgetting to book you in) but even then you never know if you'll get the call. On top of that they seem to ignore repeat requests from the local pharmacy for prescriptions or straight up misplace the form they ask you to fill in. One blonde lady in particular is always rude and going by other reviews this isn't a single case. It's a shame because when you're luckily enough to get past this hurdle the doctors are quite helpful and friendly. Edit 10/22: get told by the doc to book a blood test. "It's easy online" they say. Online doesn't work. Phone number immediately cuts off. Go in person "we aren't doing blood tests. Here's this other number to call". Fix this place asap. Honestly the worst service I've ever encountered across all industries
