12Pay Payroll Software

Sent the 4 emails over 2 days about how to transfer to new computer. We use the bureau payroll for a few years. They used to call back and solve our queries. Now they have not even acknowledge any of my emails!

We used this software for one year as an alternative to Sage which had got itself too expensive. After the year we went back to Sage until we identified a cost effective alternative which we achieved. 12Pay is clunky, cannot cope with individual pay elements as its set up more to run with regular routine payments week in week out. Reports were impossible to generate yourself, they had to send you the file. Overall, pretty poor interface, terrible flexibility and treated like an idiot by customer support.

Extremely poor services. You can never get through to anyone for support. A complete disgrace. Avoid if you want peace of mind.

its a bit late for my revue but with 7 years+ use I find it easy to work with , very cost effective.

Their website goes down almost every week. Support is non existent, have never managed to speak to any of them on the phone, neither they call back. Today again, their system is down and I can not register new company, I can not believe they are still in business.....
