Beware with Big Foot Shoes. You have to pay for your returns. Packaging is such that it is hard to reuse...had to prepare new packaging. No returns label. Needed to find some one with a printer. Then to return, pay for postage. As trainers are expensive this will be require additional cost. All in all won't be using again. Buyer beware!!!!

I travelled a long way to attend the Showroom and it was definitely worth the travel. Jack was very helpful in person and Natalie was very helpful on the phone. An excellent service which I highly recommend.

I was in desperate need for new wide boots as mine were falling apart & came across Bigfootshoes! Natalie was very welcoming & helpful, offering great advice on the best styles for my look, showing me the discounts & explaining how some boots may feel stiff but will change over time etc. I appreciated it, was a worthwhile visit! Thank you for your help, great customer service!

Amazing customer service & a good selection of shoes. If you have big feet and want something to put them in this shop is probably your best option
