DX - Head Office

The worst delivery company in the world, just keep getting worse!!! Use another company!! So we were due a delivery of plants today that we were keen to get straight in the ground. We had a text message saying they would be delivered between 13.12-15.12 and a link to a tracker to track the courier. As we had had a problem with a delivery by this company before I kept an eye on the tracker so I could go and find them if he had a problem finding our house. The courier never came anywhere near our house. For the majority of the time period they seemed to be stationary by a pub by the river, it was a sunny day after all! Trying contacting customer support for this company is near impossible. Our plants were no doubt withering in the back of the DX van all day, now they will be doing the same at their depot, will they turn up tomorrow, who knows???? If you are sending someone somthing JUST DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Below is my previous review, unbelievable it is even worse!!!! ****** Previous review for our last delivery by DX ******* Don't use this company. Courier rang from 400m away, I gave him instructions of where house is but he still failed to deliver. My wife called him and he turned aggressive, he put the phone down on her and then diverted calls to answerphone, Filled in a complaint form, it was ignored. I postponed redelivery as was away, it was ignored and package just left outside house. The worst courier service ever!!!

I have been waiting for a delivery for a week. It kept being rescheduled by them with no reason. Not informed about it at any point. I tried to contact them and when asked the reason for the delay, chat was closed by the customer service advisor. Would not recommend.

Shocking, lazy drivers who are liars! Attempted delivery from 3 miles away, yeah right! Let's see Kanu can be bothered to turn up tomorrow

the whole order was not delivered to me, I ordered 2 tires, he brought me only one today. What is the problem? You told me that I will receive the second tire today between 12:45 and 14:45, now I receive a message that you cannot make the delivery today because the driver is not valid, and that he will bring the order on Monday, it's just not his fault my. Why do I have to wait for the second tire until Monday? I work on Mondays, there is no one to receive the order. You are very unserious.
