It is not possible to give Zero stars . Second time unlucky. Roast dinner was Cold, potatoes and veggies tasted old and meat was tough. We had it taken back to the kitchen and when asked if it was microwaved the waitress couldn't tell us how it was heated but insisted it wasn't the microwave. Unfortunately reheating the food made it worse. Brilliant customer service would have been replacing the food with new. We have been asked if the food was ok during our meal only to get a repeated sorry which doesn't really help.
