Dave and his team provided a professional and competitive service from start to finish. They were able to easily pull on different strengths from within the team to ensure a first class job was delivered. Normally having work on your home is a nightmare, but the guys were very tidy and considerate of our needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend these guys for any building work.

Review We have been using the team of Greenbuild for about 8 years and highly recommend them. They are a very reliable and professional team and their workmanship is to a very high standard. No job, big or small has been done badly. The Owner of Greenbuild is a qualified electrician and builder which is a great benefit, as you do not have to wait for someone to come and do the electrical part of the job. He is also a creative problem solver and has come up with clever solutions to problems which others could not solve. The Owner and his team are very nice people to deal with. We really enjoy having them around as they are usually doing work whilst we are in the house at the same time. The Owners positive attitude to all the large and small problems is very reassuring as he always finds a way to fix things and he offers solutions and ideas, talking through the advantages and disadvantages of each, so that we are able to make informed choices based on outcome and budget. His workmanship is exceptional, and his team all pay meticulous attention to detail. They are perfectionists and have never had to return to snag any job they have done for us. He gets it right first time and leaves everything neat and tidy even at the end of a day, when the project is over a prolonged period. When we have matters that require urgent attention, Greenbuild never let us down. They have always come out immediately to resolve things that are urgent. Greenbuild have done numerous small jobs for us over the years, some requiring a few hours work, others lasting months. More substantial jobs done for us included: - Remodelling and installation of a Kitchen: All electrical work, fitting of appliances tiling and changing lighting as well as some bespoke carpentry and closing in a doorway with wall. He also plastered and decorated. - Loft conversion: He redid the room above the garage. He replaced windows and doors including Velux windows and removed a spiral staircase and manged to design it so that a straight staircase could fit into the space. He stripped the entire garage and reinforced it with steel beams. - Rewiring our entire house to be compliant with modern regulations. This included electrical testing, chasing new wiring into walls, adding power points, changing lighting to be compliant with regs and when asbestos was identified in the walls, arranging for the testing and safe removal of it. - Downstairs Guest loo: Having rewired the house and moving the electrical board, he was finally able to update our downstairs loo. - Summerhouse cladding, insulating and electrifying the summerhouse then building an elevated deck with balcony and staircase around it and installing bespoke shelving inside.
