        Had 2 appointments cancelled in a row an hour or two before my appointment time. I work in London and moved heaven and Earth to get their today. Once on train they rang to cancel again. No offer of a re-booking and the same excuse as the last time. If you look at their website a number of people have left recently. Told my Surgeon under no circumstances should they ever send any more patients here. Absolute joke.

        Very professional, dedicated and friendly therapists. My knee had been giving me problems for a while, and when I was treated at the clinic it showed virtually an instant improvement.
