Came round for a quote and didnt hear from them after that. Oh apparently it's because they had booked in a 9 week job when contacted the landline so wasnt interested anymore when I was willing to wait to get it done next year. Dont bother they will just ignore you and they are not interested in Berryfields area. Tried putting a bad review on check a trade but not appearing that's why they have all good reviews. VERY BAD.... I HAD A BOOKED QUOTATION WHICH I WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR. I ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY A FEW MINUTES LATE FOR A 10AM APPOINTMENT AND CALLED THEM, WAS TOLD TONY HAD COME AND LEFT WOULD NOT COME BACK AS HE WAS ALREADY ON THE M20, NOT EVEN POSSIBLE AS I AM IN TUNBRIDGE WELLS. NOT EVEN THE DECENCY TO CALL ME TO SAY THEY HAD ARRIVED. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.. WAS TOLD ALSO HE DID NOT HAVE MY NUMBER EVEN THOUGH THE EMAIL STATES CLEARLY HE WILL HAVE IT ON THE DAY. TOTALLY DISGUSTED......

After searching for a builder who was able to meet my high standards I found Bellmay!!!! they completed a wrap around 2 storey extension to my home.. they are down to earth people with a professional business who understood exactly what I wanted and the finish is of the best standard... highly recommend them. Thank you Tony

Poor communication and slow pace of work. Sadly Bellmay Ltd has not lived up to my expectations so far during their work for us - a pity as other reviews are so positive. Work began on 29th August for a 3-week project to create a new bathroom in our house. 23rd October and we are still a long way from finished, with no tiling or second-fix electrics and plumbing. The company has not sent a clear schedule of works to complete the job. Some of the workmanship has been poor - one of the causes of the delays has been loose or insecure plasterboards on three separate occasions, twice on a ceiling and once on the wall. Further delays have been caused by different trades not arriving when scheduled (eg electrician last week, and tiler today). Communication has been lacking through much of the project - we have regularly been left with little idea of who will be working at the site from each day to the next, or whether we need to provide access for anyone. Such a shame as this project began so smoothly. The administrators at the office are brilliant and try hard to provide some communication. I can't say I would recommend this company overall though.
