Adventure Clydesdale

Comes across as very rude, made to feel very uncomfortable and insulted when trying to book a birthday voucher for 2. I have experience with western and a little with English, and care for horses, pictures were sent over to prove this and an offer to get an assessment grade however this was not accepted and after a plethora of emails, asking them what they meant by a quieter ride and switching our 3 hours to 2, then booking my partner on a 3 hour without me, then switching the days, it was very confusing and seemed very unfair, I felt very uncomfortable they went ahead and booked my partner without me without consulting with me first. After all of that , they refused the booking. We are going to look for a friendly stables to ride with and enjoy our time.. Very disappointed with how Ive been spoken to.

Would love to come and ride your beautiful horses but when I look at your website it comes up about the doom and gloom for the ones you can't ride which is very upsetting but not enough about the ones you can ride we want to come up for a ride but it's doom and gloom it's not the way to advertise your business I've rode horses all my life and owned horses aswell i had a tear in my eye for the ones you lost and not enough for the ones you still have this is positive critisism not negative criticism

Where to start. This was an amazing experience. I've never ridden a Clydesdale before but they were all so intelligent and placid. Nothing fazed them. Tony was fantastic and he made sure we were all matched up to a pretty pony that was perfect for our experience. Over Tors, cantering along the moors on a gorgeous day. Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable. I cannot wait to go again. I would highly recommend giving this a go as these are not your normal riding school ponies. I'm glad I live so close as will be going again. Thank you for an experience I will never forgot and to the beautiful Joshua for being such a good boy

Booked a 2 hour ride for whilst we were on holiday and it was absolutely incredible! Definitely recommend to any horsey people!!
