Chris is a very helpful, friendly and patient photographer. I am always really pleased with his photos and have been back to him several times for new stock photos. Highly recommended.

Chris is a fantastic photographer, always goes above and beyond to get the job done to a high standard and delivers imagery really quickly. Lovely to work with and very efficient, we will continue to use him in the future.

Really not great - had to book a slot quite a way in advance and then got bumped (what's the point of booking a slot?). Images weren't great first time but changes made and final result OK. Used again this year and again got date bumped for no given reason - waited days without hearing and had to chase to get work done. Then despite giving very clear layout and specific crucial details on which way up (!) products had to be, the photos were taken with 2 products upside down... instead of re-taking the photos I was then given badly photoshopped images with stretched images! When I asked for the photos to be taken afresh as originally requested/detailed I was told they wouldn't do it. Feel very let down, had weeks of time wasted and would not use again. REPLY: Wow, what an unprofessional reply below, including personal details, company details, personal email details, etc. And yet somehow still completely missing the point of having provided a terrible service and badly let us down. The pre-amble to booking the date is completely irrelevant (new products being manufactured always lead to delays). The agreed date was 18 July, confirmed on 20 June. You received the products on 6 July. I had to chase you on 22 July as I'd still not received anything. In fact you got 3, not 2, of the products upside down despite clear explanations and mockup photos showing the exact layout required and stressing how important the accuracy was. You then said you'd make the amendments but in fact just made really bad photoshopped attempts to correct it - one product stretched too wide, two products stretched too short, one partly left upside down... honestly it was awful. And then, some 8 days after the due date, you refused to reshoot the products as it was "too difficult" and just said that was the best you could do and left us with that. Having already delayed the launch by 8 days, yes of course we had to use that image in some form still as we couldn't wait another 4-6 weeks to book another photographer... clearly you haven't even realised that photo has been corrected properly to show products the correct sizes and up the right way!! You said the badly edited image was provided free-of-charge as you failed the job, it's disingenuous to imply it was therefore either acceptable quality or being used illicitly.

Chris has taken some excellent photos of my products which will now really stand out online. HIs 360 degree photos are first class and really add an extra dimension to my brand's sales promotion. He responded excellently to all my guidance and really brought the product to life.

The quality of the photographs produced by Chris were excellent and cannot recommend enough. I had some delays with product delivery and Chris was so accommodating in finding a new time slot which fit in with my business' plans. Thank you!
