My first stay in Devon and I felt right at home at Appalachian Spring. Cosy rooms, a lovely dog and a great garden (with ripe Italian tomatoes!) in a quiet area of Totnes (you can even see the cows from the window). Toni is a wonderful, very attentive host, she helped us with bus times, lent us books and even took my jumper, which I had forgotten, to the train station. I highly recommend Appalachian Spring and will be happy to come back!
