        Terrible. I spent a fortune buying matching mixer taps and they sell a 'matching' towel rail which is a completely different colour and customer service make me jump through hoops and then don't help. Time wasters. Go for another brand - just not worth it.

        We paid over 700 for a wash basin just over 2 years ago which has just cracked for no apparent reason. Richard Hancock, at Crosswater says it was either put in too tight or the torque has tightened over the years. Then he finishes his correspondence with, ' Have a fantastic day!' What's the short name for Richard?
