        An estate placed where the sewage is infamous, the traffic is terrible, composed of properties with limited parking and surrounded by chalk cliffs prone to collapse.

        Looks great. But the area at night, especially at the weekend is polluted by terrible noise. 50+ cars, sometimes 200+ drifting and racing between Bluewater and Crossways business park. Police do nothing. Its been going on for 6 years and keeps the whole area awake. If youre investing, fair enough. What have you got to lose? If youre planning on choosing here to live, think very hard and do your research. Local residents groups will show you all you need to know. Many long-standing locals cant wait to move away.
