        Company rip-off merchants.. Basically 350.00 for mgnt pack.. Yet they failed to put correct insurance certificate.. when chased they said it may not be on the system even though the current certificate is one month into cover.. In addition, could not provide a time when this would be rectified.. I am waiting for this Government's promise to sort out such extortionate practices, to be presented to Parliament..

        First Port are not the kind of organisation youd trust with looking after your pet slug, let alone the homes of living human beings. Theyd salt it, eat it, bill you for the plate, and then stick a chunky administative fee on the bill too. To know them is to want rid of them.
