Infinite Yoga

Ive been attending beginners classes on a Tuesday night with Emma for four weeks now alongside the post-yoga meditation class straight after. Its my me-time and a gentle way of getting back in to yoga after spending lockdown sitting on my backside doing nothing! I love the energy of the studio, everyone is so lovely there, its not intimidating at all and its got a great vibe. Emma is knowledgeable and supportive, encouraging and challenging in the right measures, and really does live and breathe her practice. I would say its a bit of a harder beginners class than some Ive been to, but I actually really like that as you get to have some fun learning some tricky poses but without being surrounded by people who just know how to do it! Emma always gives adaptations to make it easier / harder as you wish, and she interweaves the session with breath work and mindfulness, so I get as much mental benefit as physical. Highly recommend, especially if new to yoga, you couldnt meet a nicer bunch! I always highly recommend staying for meditation after, it really cements / seals the practice and is a wonderful way of giving yourself self-care.
