        Took my horsfield tortoise 'Taco' in with a suspected respiratory infection. Yazmine was wonderful, gave me loads of really good advice and was very patient with my never ending questions! She was kind and warm to both me and Taco . The waiting area was calm and quiet and Taco was given a towel that had a calming spray to help him de-stress. 100% recommend this place and will be popping back for regular checkups and advice. Thankyou
