My dog ate a grape and we panicked. We were told to bring Elvis in straight away so he can be give a sickness inducing injection. Every aspect from start to finish was outstanding

I registered my pup with vets4pets Darlington, having the 2 initial jabs administered there and taking out their health plan. The nurses are good with the pup and cannot be faulted on that front. A friend registered their pup with the same practice and had monthly appointments with worming treatments as part of the same health plan. Discrepancy in treatments between customers paying for equal plans, no effort made by vets4pets to contact me to inform of treatments or any advice. This leads me to the conclusion that; as long as you're paying the direct debit they don't care. Vets4pets wrote to me finally, only to inform me the monthly fee is increasing. Suffice to say, thats been canceled. I'll now register with a service that thinks of more of animals than just a monthly income.
