In all our commercial experience never have I come across such an awful arrogant man who surprisingly owns the company !! literally cons you into thinking that you are a valued customer then when he has assured you of his so called services and same time saying 'yes' to all others wanting their projects done at the same time he picks and chooses the ones he wants that will be financially benefit him and dont deliver to the others.!!...... So beware I've warned at least 5 major hospitality groups he should realise how small the world really , is will catch up with him sooner then later!
