        Booked multiple taxis on Saturday nights, hours in advance (Usually booking on the morning) they don't turn up and mess you about! Awful unprofessional and pathetic company

        Royal Cars had a car pull out on me in a blind spot and ive had to slam my brakes and swerve onto a grass verge. the driver of that car knew what happened as he slowed down then immediately sped off. when i called the business to obtain details of this driver they advised me they were unable to track them at the time. dangerous drivers and terrible customer service.

        Darlington phone number but operate in Stockton. When you tell them your in Darlington they hang up on you. Very rude and definitely dont recommend. Very poor customer service
