Sam is an excellent practitioner and really helps to explain what your injury is and the effect it's having on your mobility. In my case I was offered deep tissue massage and a number of exercises to help me regain my quality of life. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

Ive been using Sam for probably a year now and Ive been so impressed with the results, the difference in my back is incredible, its not just the treatment she gives you its the homework she gives you to do in your own time, if you listen to what she says eventually you will see the results you want. My wife and I have used Sam for years now She is amazing at what she does. She always finds the route of the problem, relieves the pain and sends you away with techniques for prevention. Her knowledge of her field is tremendous. She's a great conservationist too.
