The app itself isn't bad but if they put as much into the marketing of it and its functionality for use by customers of the accountants as they do in their heavy handed contracts and credit control, they would have a much happier customer base. I was so disappointed when despite multiple calls we could never get the app content onto our social media channels, despite repeated assurances that it was in the pipeline. Lovely shiny app that our clients could not see the value of and ultimately neither could we. A costly mistake.

This app in theory is good but seldom taken up by clients. The Real Issue is they promise the moon and the stars with marketing support and deliver nothing. Then when your contract expires and you try to contact them to cancel they ignore all attempts and then use Auto Renewal and try to extend the contract for a further 2 years. When we complained we got the same promise about assist pushing it out to our clients we have had two times before only to get crickets from them. Stay away from these guys.

Terrible company, their website states monthly subscription however its not, they lock you in for 2 years at a time, they dont tell you its time to renew and if you dont cancel before the renewal your locked in for another two years. Clients dont like the app, the all singing dancing receipt manager doesn't back up automatically and the clients who did manage it couldn't send the file, much cheaper apps out there like Mercia for 50 + VAT a month, try them instead!!!

Difficult to understand the value of the app vs just putting all accounting apps in one folder on your phone. I tested the tax calculators and returned erroneous results. Raised as an issue and said it provided no value to my clients and asked to end the contract, but to no avail. Feel a bit silly having committed to the contract, I may as well have set fire to 2500 in the street :o)
