After going to Tania for many months to help with my health she suggested I tried one of her EFT and Reiki sessions. It has massively helped me process and deal with things from my childhood and I left the session feeling calm and relieved after discussing things I've been unknowingly carrying around for years. Since the session my health has massively improved and I have never looked back. I have recommended Tania to many of my friends and family. I can't thank her enough

Really fortunate to have had a reiki and EFT session with Tania, felt completely at ease and relaxed. Having been unwell for a significant period the session helped me to overcome the issues with this. After the session I felt calm and relaxed and ready to move forward. I am no longer experiencing the pain and discomfort I was before the session, my energy levels have improved and I feel much more like my old self.

I had the privilege of having a session with tania for distance reiki and then for EFT via skype. She is such a compasionate woman. Helped me over come issues and after breakingy ankle amd doing the distance reiki felt very hot on the site. The next day it wasnt as painful and moving forward its eased faster than it supposed to. Cannot reccomend her enough.
